Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping rates
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- Standard Shipping: $6.95 on orders under $100.

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 7–14 business days. Your items are shipped from our partner warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons, holidays or because of carrier delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll let you know.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.

Duties and taxes
Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. If your order is ever charged import duties, contact us and we'll help.

Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or the package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email us at hello@wearedrume.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
