Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $100. For orders below that amount, a flat rate of $6.95 is added at checkout — you will always see the final total before you pay.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, delivery to addresses in the contiguous United States usually takes 7–14 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories can take a little longer.

During busy periods — holidays and sale events in particular — please allow a few extra days.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking details can take 24–48 hours to update after that first email.

If your order contains more than one piece, it may arrive in separate parcels. Each one has its own tracking number, and you are never charged extra shipping for a split delivery.

Need to correct your address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can update an order until it has been handed to the carrier; after that, we are not able to redirect it.

If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, or your parcel is marked as delivered and you cannot find it, write to us with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and make it right.
