How do I know my order went through?

You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will confirm it for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you are quick. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed, but you can still return it.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Yes. Payments are processed by our checkout provider over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your card details. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–14 business days after they ship. See our shipping page for details.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $100. Below that, a flat rate of $6.95 applies.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours for the first update to appear.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Orders with several pieces sometimes travel in separate parcels so that nothing waits on anything else. Each parcel has its own tracking number and the rest of your order will follow shortly.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. For now we deliver to U.S. addresses only.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange unworn pieces, with their tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. Full details are on our returns page.

How do I return or exchange something?

Contact us with your order number. We will reply within one business day with the return address and next steps.

When will I get my refund?

We refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and checking your return.

How do I choose my size?

Our pieces follow U.S. sizing. You will find body measurements for every size in the size guide, and a size guide link on each product page. If you are between two sizes, we suggest the larger one for a more relaxed fit.

How should I care for my Drume pieces?

Most of our pieces prefer a cold, gentle wash and time to dry naturally. Specific instructions are listed under Fabric & Care on each product page and on the label inside the garment.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

We work hard to show colours accurately, but screens vary. If a shade matters to you, write to us and we will describe it as precisely as we can.
